What should I do if I bought the ticket online and, finally, I will not travel?

Once I bought the ticket online, Can I go directly to the ship?

No, when you want to use your ticket you must go, 15 minutes before the boat’s departure time, to the corresponding point of sale and validate the ticket with the seller by providing an Identity Document.

Can wheelchairs users travel on the boat?

Yes, but they should embark in the port that is closest to them like Cala Ratjada, Cala Bona or Porto Cristo, since in piers such as Font de Sa Cala, Cala Millor, Sa Coma, Romantic and Calas de Mallorca, it is not advisable.

What services do I have once shipped?

Our boats have toilets and bar service, in addition to the possibility of choosing between upper deck, ideal to enjoy the sun, and lower deck, to protect from it. The bar service has all kinds of drinks (Cola, Orange, Lemon, beer, etc.), water, ice creams and some typical drinks of the island.

Can I take my dog?

Yes, but only small dogs. They travel for free.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, in any of our selling points.

Can I take photos or videos of the coast from the ship?

Yes.

Should I book my place in advance, for travel on a particular day?

Online-bookings such as groups of more than 15 participants have to book at least 48 hours in advance. Also it’s advisable to reserve when travelling to Cala Ratjada, on Saturday, to visit the market. At our departure points it’s enough to buy your tickets 15 or 20 minutes before departure time.

What do I pay for my children?

Children from 0-2 years are free and from 3-12 years pay 15€.

Can I eat inside the boat?

Yes, but please, leave the place as you found it.

FAQ’S to CAVES OF DRACH

If I reserve the Drach Caves, along with the boat ticket, do I have the entry for sure?

Yes, because CREUERS ILLA BALEAR, S.L. call to book, just off the boat, ensuring the entry. Furthermore, especially in the busiest months, the reservation is appropriate because the number of people per tour is restricted.

Once in Porto Cristo, how can I get to the Caves of Drach?

From the port it is about 15-20 minutes to walk. Ask our staff which way to go.

Can wheelchairs enter the Caves of Drach?

Unfortunately not, because inside the cave slopes are constant (250 steps up and down).

Can blind people go in the Caves of Drach?

Yes, and guide dogs are allowed and free.

Recommended in the interior of the caves

Suitable footwear is recommended, because in some sectors of the cave the floor may be damp. It is not advisable with baby strollers. Use of cameras is strictly forbidden as well as animals (except guide-dog). Please follow the directions of authorized personnel.
